Peyton's Soccer~July 21,2010

Yesterday we went to watch Peyton play his final of the season, soccer game. When the game ended, his coach gave them all a white ribbon and shook their hands and said ,"Congratulations."
He comes running over to tell us this and he said,"That means we played good doesn't it?" Yes, little Buddy, you did play good!!!
We never know the score- who needs to keep score for this?? So much fun watching these boys and girls playing their little hearts out just for the fun.

What happened?? I thought I cropped out the coach's butt!!! Oh, well, you get the drift~~ Peyton gives a high-five to a player from the other team~~That's our little man~`proud of him we are!!!

Water, water everywhere~July 14,2010

Today we had a real downpour here in Medford about 1:00 Pm. This is what our back yard looked like by our garden. We had four inches of rain in less than an hour and it had no place to go. The neighbor kids had a blast playing in the water!!! I think Troy's wood pile got kind of wet too. Our raspberry patch is just off to the left on the hill.
Little Abby coming over to talk to me- she said," Now I don't need my pool to swim in." The blue thing in the first picture is her swimming pool. Paddy, the dog was wondering what is this about.

Can you believe they got out the tubes and were paddling all around their back yard. Bobby said, "The water is fine, come on in!!!"~ I don't think so , Bobby~~

Mommy calls,"Abby, get back here and get your life jacket on right now!!!" Mom has been busy getting this all on her video camera and Dad was wading around out there with Abby.

Fun with the Great-grands-June,2010

Grandpa wanted a picture of himself with Chloe and Hannah-- Chloe was ready, and Hannah, well she did not want her picture taken today!! He was on his way to a military funeral again so he is wearing his Honor-Guard get-up.
Chloe is a little camera-shy here. Should I jump down and run away too like Hannah did???

Every time Hannah comes to our home, she wants to crochet like Auntie Tabby does, so I get her started with a few stitches and she sits there and pokes the hook in the yarn, making a scarf for Bella. Hum, it may be a while before it gets done. Whatever Hannah does, Chloe does, so she picked out a pretty hook and yarn and is in on the game too!! Gotta love these girls!!

Busy little hands here, If she's not in the kitchen cooking, she is working on her crocheting--way to go, Hannah Girl!!! Come back to Gramma's soon--
